Ball Blasting

Many weighbridge factories will do the ball blasting,but all of them know the standard of roughness of this process,which will affect the adhesion of the paint,we are doing test for each platform as it’s the 1st factor how we can give our customer the 10 years warranty for our paint.

Sikaflex

Everybody is worry about the rust of the platform,but which part will get rust firstly? It will happens in every gap or connecting parts of the structure,from where water will percolate or leak,so we are sealing all those parts by Silaflex,with first process by Sika Aktivator-205(Sika Cleaner-205),it’s pretreatment agent for nonporous substrates,and then sealed it with Sikaflex 11FC,the component polyurethane sealant/adhesive. With this treatment,you don’t need to do check and repaint of the platforms every few years,it can last up to 10 years!

Jotamastic

The professional polyamine cured epoxy mastic coating.

It is a surface tolerant,abrasion resistance,high solids,high build product. It provides long lasting protection in evnironments with high corrosivity.

With three layers of this paint,we can promise 10 years warranty for our paint(except for those places where the truck wheels always touch and pass).
